At The Azees, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or refund according to the terms below.
1. Returns within Morocco

All returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Shipping for returns within Morocco is free if the return is due to a mistake from our side or damaged items.

2. International Returns

Returns from outside Morocco must also be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Customers are responsible for international shipping costs when returning items, unless the item was damaged or sent incorrectly.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will provide a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
5. Exchanges

Exchanges are processed the same way as returns.
